Highlights
- 16 March
- 6-8PM
EXHIBITORS REGISTER and set up projects. Science Fair Staff will help you carry your project into the exhibit area. Parents are not allowed in the exhibit area. Parents can wait for the exhibitors in the downstairs TV lounge. As always, exhibitors may place expensive items in security storage. After the project is REGISTERED, set-up, and approved by the Safety Committee, the exhibitor is to leave the exhibit area.

8–8:30AM Exhibitors arrive and pick up items from security storage
8:30–9:00AM Regular and Special Award Judging begins. Exhibitors should plan to stay until noon.
11:00AM-Noon As the judges finish with particular categories – i.e., Biochemistry, Computer Science, etc.-, the exhibitors may be released from that category.
Noon-1:15PM Exhibit areas closed. Exhibitors should go to lunch.
As soon as first place winners in each category are determined, they will be announced. If an exhibitor is a FIRST PLACE WINNER, THEY SHOULD ATTEND THE GRAND AWARD JUDGING. If an exhibitor is not a first place winner, he/she should either leave the campus until 6:30 p.m. or wait in the TV lounge or the lobby until 6:30 p.m.
1:15PM First place winners return for the GRAND AWARD JUDGING and should plan to stay for several hours.
1:30PM Grand Award judging begins. -
6-8:30PM All exhibitors arrive. THE FAIR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Exhibitors should plan to stay with their project and explain it to the public. Awards for the Best Presentation are judged - 18 March

11–11:45AM Exhibit area opened. THE FAIR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
11:45–2PM Exhibit area closed. All exhibitors and guests should attend the Awards Assembly in the Queen Anne Auditorium, which begins promptly at Noon
Noon-2PM The Awards Assembly will be conducted in Queen Anne Fine Arts Auditorium Please arrive on time. Any exhibitor with first, second, or third place category award cards on their project should have noted their seat assignment and sit in the first four rows, near the stage. If you have a special award card on your project, but did NOT receive a first, second or third place category award card, you should sit in the fifth row. All exhibitors should attend the ceremony in case they win a previously unannounced special award. ALL PROJECTS MUST BE REMOVED BY 3PM
